Smartpen Australia – Quick Flood Update

As many of you are aware, Smartpen is based in Brisbane, in Norman Park.

Fortunately we’re safe and well and have our office and stocks intact. We’re one of the lucky few here in Brisbane – my thoughts are with those affected residents and other Brisbane businesses who are facing a big challenge in the months ahead.

As such, we’re continuing to operate and ship orders on a daily basis.

Please note that there may be some delays in goods leaving Brisbane once we lodge them with Australia Post. We’ll keep any affected customers informed via email.

If you need customer support, please contact us via email in the first instance so we minimise use of the telephone – support@smartpen.com.au

You can follow what is happening via our favoured channels:

Twitter – #qldfloods, @612brisbane, or @qpsmedia

Facebook – Qld Police Service

Donate – Queensland Premier’s Flood Appeal
