The past couple of weeks have been very busy for us. The downside is that what I consider to be a great level of service has slipped. Over the past 7 days we’ve dropped the ball in terms of getting our orders out on time and complete and as such I’d like to apologise to a number of our customers who’ve been adversely affected.

There has been a major extenuating factor that has been outside our control but I won’t be using this isn’t an excuse. We could have done better.

We’re disappointed that this has happened and I’d like you to know that we will do our best to avoid this happening again.
