Sky Business News Australia (in their Review IT segment) reviewed the Livescribe Pulse Smartpen earlier this week.
I’d like to share the segment but I can’t, as Sky News doesn’t like to share.
What did the video segment tell us?
Well, if you’re a busy executive then you should give serious consideration to the Livescribe Pulse Smartpen. In fact here in Australia and New Zealand, business users, particularly busy executives have been early adopters of the Livescribe Smartpen. The feedback has been very positive – you may recall our post late last month from a business user.
I also no longer madly try and scribe notes to myself, I will just right the topic being discussed and replay it later for further review this lets me control and get the most out of my meetings.
This comment is very typical of the feedback that we receive from business users.
Another key business market for Livescribe is the Executive Assistant user. These multi-talented, super busy assistants are relied upon by senior executives to be on top of everything and be able to remember even the most obscure instruction – and this is where Livescribe has become a key tool to help them remain in control.
Hopefully one day we can share the Sky Business News video.
And on a side note, if you are in the mainstream media reviewing Livescribe and you have a technical issue – reach out to us so we can help resolve the issue – our research has shown that consumers rate post sales support as more important that purchase price – so don’t miss the opportunity to be comprehensive in your story…
