You can use our Twitter account to contact us if you have any questions about your Livescribe pen. We’ll also announce new products, Livescribe Desktop upgrades etc.

    Is it possible to purchase the replacement mobile cradle, the charging AC USB plug and any updates on the new paper range availability I Australia yet? I tried purchasing all these direct from livescribe but they don’t ship to Australia :-(

      Yes, replacement USB cradles are available. I’ll email details to you. We’ll have an update on pricing and availability for the new pad products next week – we’re all waiting…
