Hi Livescribe Mac users
The v1.0 desktop was released yesterday and as I’m a simple PC user I’d like to get your feedback to that I can share it to the wider community of Livescribe and Livescribe MAC users (i.e. I’m going to plug your comments directly into the Livescribe team).
Please feel free to comment on this post or contact me directly on mparker at smartpen.com.au.
We want to hear your initial thoughts as well as suggestions as to what Livescribe needs to do next.

Hi Mark,
Just received my Pulse pen last night and am looking forward to getting going with it. I have a Mac, installed the software and all seems fine so far. Some comments:
* I don’t like how my Livescribe data files seem to be stored away
in the “Application Support” folder. It would be helpful if my
data files (i.e. any settings, notebooks, recordings) could be
stored in my Documents folder, just as many programs allow.
* No ability to print out special note paper, which the Windows
version allows?
* Would be nice to have export to PDF where audio is also included.
Then you have a package in which everything can be shipped to
someone. It’s not conducive to everyone to do online pencasting.
Otherwise, it’s a great start and was reasonably smooth getting it attached and up and running. And keep up the customer stickiness, it’s a good thing all round.

I just got the pen and so far I love it. As for the Desktop, I have a couple suggestions:
Ability to print blank “dot paper”
Is it me or can you not delete a single page easily?
Export to PDF
The ability to see your writing without looking at the lined paper
MOST OF ALL – Please contact MyScript and request that they release a Mac Version Soon… When I bought the pen, I assumed it was available.
